Zool & Aptus Clinical Celebrate 2 Years of Business at Alderley Park’s BioHub 🎉

On Thursday 1st September at the Alderley Park Conference Centre, Zool, leading multi-channel marketing experts, hosted a joint party to celebrate two years of business with our Biohub neighbours, Aptus Clinical. Both companies started off in the Biohub’s virtual office space two years ago. Since then they have gone from strength to strength, both recently moving into large new offices to accommodate their ever growing teams.

Over 60 guests attended the event, including clients, colleagues, associates and fellow BioHub companies. The afternoon was spent networking, enjoying refreshments, listening to music and eating lots of cake!

Zool was formed in 2014 by life-long friends Steve Rayner and Dan Tromans. After both working in the corporate world for many years, Steve at Astra Zeneca for 13 years and Dan at Sky and RBS, when the opportunity presented itself, they decided to form their own marketing agency. Having always had a passion for technology and digital media and with a wealth of experience in similar industries, Zool was born.

From humble beginnings working in a garden cabin, to a virtual office space in the Biohub, they are now situated in a larger brand new office. Working with a diverse clientele, including a number of fellow Biohub tenants and also non-Bioscience companies throughout the UK, the business continues to thrive.

At the event we took the opportunity to reveal our new brand name and identity. Previously Zool Digital, now Zool, the agency has evolved from specialising in providing digital marketing services to offering design & print and branding. Zool are the on-site multichannel marketing specialists.
